EOS is a vertically integrated real estate investment company that focuses on affordable and alternative real estate across key geographies.

Affordable housing is one of the nation’s – and Chicago’s - largest needs. On average 5,000 affordable units are sold annually in the greater Chicago metro area. The rise of interest rates has enhanced our opportunities as small property owners are not positioned to compete with the buyers that have both adequate capital and multi property economies of scale.

    Our leadership team and employees are amongst our largest investors and invest in our strategies on the same terms as external investors.

    We leverage a best in class fund administration, accounting system and property management system to manage the fund’s investments.

    We have a 10 year successful track record acquiring and managing real estate and real estate backed credit with a focus on affordability in the greater Chicago metro. We have a diverse team with strategies and controls that balance growth, stability and income with a combined 60+ years of experience giving us an insight into effective decision making.

  • VERTICAL INTEGRATION

    Acquisition, property management, construction management & legal are handled in house. This provides us increasing economies of scale, quality control and execution speed.

HISTORY

We have a proven history of recognizing and capitalizing on real estate and related financial asset investments. We are aligned with each investor as our money is invested alongside our investing partners. Additionally, all assets are underwritten and serviced by our in house team.
